July 1, 2024 – Annual 4% Fee Increase for Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) Fees LRAPA Title 37, Table 2 and Title 43, Asbestos Requirements – Asbestos Notification Fees

On January 11, 2018, the LRAPA Board of Directors approved amendments to the permitting rules that include a provision in Section 37-0090 for an annual 4% increase in the fee amounts, effective July 1st of each year for Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) fees listed in Table 2, Section 37-8020.

Additionally, Title 43 – Asbestos Requirements – Asbestos Notification Fees has been revised to align with the new fee schedule that will take effect on July 1, 2024. This adjustment accounts for the stipulated annual 4% fee increase.
