Form List: Open Burning Letter Permit Form

Download the "Open Burning Letter Permit Application" form to apply for burning of: Construction/Demolition/Land Clearing materials, Forest Slash, Commercial/Industrial material, or other types of burning not qualifying under the LRAPA residential Backyard Burning program. Residential backyard burning does not require a permit from LRAPA, but may require a permit from your local fire district. Please see link for more information about the residential program.
