In Lane County, the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) is responsible for issuing air permits to commercial and industrial operations with emissions above certain thresholds. LRAPA’s air permits have operational requirements that follow Federal, State, and Local regulations designed to minimize emissions from businesses. Below are the many forms used in air permitting. 2023 Air Toxics Emissions Inventory Report

The 2023 Air Toxics Emissions Inventory reporting window is open April 1 to July 1, 2024. Below are links to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) reporting forms and tools. Including the reporting form, emission factor tools, and instructional materials below to complete 2023 submissions. Permit holders in Lance County can submitted their 2023 ATEI through LRAPAs Submit a Form Page. Contact your assigned permit writer for questions and assistance.

Air Quality Compliance Calendars

The State of Oregon, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) have developed calendars for the use of gasoline dispensing facilities and dry cleaning facilities with reporting responsibilities. These tools are intended to assist regulated businesses remain in compliance with all requirements.

Asbestos Forms

Contractors, business owners and landlords must identify and properly abate asbestos-containing materials before renovation or demolition of any building. The below forms are used for notifying LRAPA of asbestos abatement wok to be conducted, as well as to transport and dispose of asbestos-containing waste at disposal locations which accept asbestos-containing waste.

Outdoor Burning Forms

Residential outdoor burning is the outdoor burning of clean, woody yard trimmings which are generated in or around a dwelling for four or fewer family living units.

Home Wood Heating Forms

Home Wood Heating is burning wood in fireplaces and wood stoves for heat. LRAPA issues daily green, yellow, and red burn advisories from Oct 1 through May 31, based on air quality conditions. These advisories permit, limit, or restrict the use of fireplaces and wood stoves. Low-income residents can apply for an exemption to the daily advisory (note: general smoke opacity limits still apply to exempt households). The application is available in both English and Spanish.
